NOTE:  If you  try to rem ove the key  before you  place the
lever  in PARK, the key  may becom e trap ped  tem porarily
in the ignition  cylind er. If this occurs,  rotate  the key to the
right   slightly,  then   rem ove  the  key  as  described  .  If a
malfunction   occurs,  the  system  will  trap   the key  in  the
ignition  cylind er  to  warn  you  that  this  safety  featu re is
inop erable.  The  engine  can  be  started  and   stop ped  but
the  key cannot  be  rem oved until  you  obtain  service.

ManualTransaxle
Dep ress and  hold  the release  button  located  betw een  the
ignition  switch  and  the  instru ment  panel.  Turn  the  igni-
tion  switch  to the  LOCK position   and  rem ove the  key.

Owmers manual did not come with the car I purchased
