RW/FF(RadioMode)
Press the rotary TUNE control a fourth time and BAL will
display. Turn the TUNE control to the right or left to
adjust the sou nd level from the right or left side speakers.
Pressing the rew ind / fast forw ard button causes the tuner
to search for the next frequ ency in the direction of the
arrow s. This featu re operates in either AM, FM or Satel-
lite (if equ ipped) frequ encies.
Press the rotary TUNE control a fifth time and FADE will
display. Turn the TUNE control to the right or left to
adjust the sou nd level betw een the front and rear speak-
ers.
TUNEControl(RadioMode)
Turn the right side rotary control to increase or decrease
the frequ ency.

Press the rotary TUNE control again to exit setting tone,
balance and fade.
AM/FMButton(RadioMode)
Press the button to select AM or FM Mod es.
RND/PTYButton(RadioMode)
SettingtheTone,Balance,andFade
Pressing this button once will turn on the PTY mode for
5 second s. If no action is taken during the 5 second time
out the PTY icon will turn off. Turning the tune knob
within 5 second s will allow the program form at typ e to
be selected . Many rad io stations do not currently broad -
cast PTY inform ation.
Press the rotary TUNE control and BASS will display.
Turn the TUNE control to the right or left to increase or
decrease the Bass tones.
Press the rotary TUNE control a second time and MID
will display. Turn the TUNE control to the right or left to
increase or decrease the Mid Range tones.
Press the rotary TUNE control a third time and TREBLE
will display. Turn the TUNE control to the right or left to
increase or decrease the Treble tones.
