STARTING PROCEDURES
Before starting you r vehicle, adjust you r seat, adjust both
insid e and outsid e mirrors, and fasten you r seat belts.
WARN ING!

Be sure to turn off the engin e and rem ove the
key from the ign ition switch if you want to rest
or sleep in you r car. Accid ents can be caused by
inadverten tly movin g the gear selection lever or
by pressin g the accelerator pedal. This may
cause excessive heat in the exhaust system , re-
sultin g in overh eatin g and veh icle fire which
may cause seriou s or fatal injuries.

NEVER leave child ren alon e in a veh icle. Leavin g
child ren in a veh icle unatten ded is dangerou s for a
number of reason s. A child or oth ers could be
seriou sly or fatally injured . Don’t leave the keys in
the ign ition . A child could operate power win-
dows, oth er controls, or move the veh icle
Do not leave child ren or animals insid e park ed
veh icles in hot weath er. Interior heat build up
may cause seriou s injury or death .
