Spare Tire Stowage

The spare tire is stow ed und er the rear of the vehicle by
means of a cable winch mechanism . To rem ove or stow
the spare, use the jack hand le to rotate the “sp are tire
drive” nu t. The nu t is located und er the plastic cover at
the center rear of the cargo floor area, just insid e the
liftgate opening.

center of the rear storage bin in the rear cargo floor.
Lowerin g Spare Tire
Spare Tire Rem oval
Fit the jack-hand le over the drive nu t. Rotate the nu t to
the left until the spare is on the grou nd with enou gh slack
cable to allow you to pull the tire out from und er the
vehicle.
