Understanding your Tire Pressure  Monitoring System (TPMS)
TheTirePressureMonitoringSystemmeasurespressureinyourfour
roadtiresandsendsthetirepressurereadingstoyourvehicle.TheLow
TirePressureWarningLampwillturnONifthetirepressureis
significantlylow.Oncethelightisilluminated,yourtiresareunder
inflatedandneedtobeinflatedtothemanufacturer’srecommendedtire
pressure.EvenifthelightturnsONandashorttimelaterturnsOFF,
yourtirepressurestillneedstobechecked.Visitwww.checkmytires.org

Whenyourtemporarysparetireisinstalled
Whenoneofyourroadtiresneedstobereplacedwiththetemporary
spare,theTPMSsystemwillcontinuetoidentifyanissuetoremindyou
thatthedamagedroadwheel/tireneedstoberepairedandputbackon
yourvehicle.

havethedamagedroadwheel/tirerepairedandremountedonyour
