Toinstallthenewbulb:
Handleahalogenheadlampbulbcarefullyandkeepoutof
children’sreach.Graspthebulbonlybyitsplasticbaseanddo
nottouchtheglass.Theoilfromyourhandscouldcausethebulb
tobreakthenexttimetheheadlampsareoperated.Alwayswear
safetyglasseswhilehandlingbulbs.
NOTE:Ifthebulbisaccidentallytouched,itshouldbecleanedwith
rubbingalcoholbeforebeingused.

Withtheflatsideofthebulb’splasticbasefacingupward,insertthe
glassendofthebulbintothelampassembly.Youmayneedtoturn
thebulbleftorrighttoalignthegroovesintheplasticbasewiththe
tabsinthelampassembly.Whenthegroovesarealigned,pushthe
bulbintothelampassemblyuntiltheplasticbasecontactstherear
ofthelampassembly.
2.
Installthebulbretainingringovertheplasticbaseuntilitcontacts
therearofthesocketbyrotatingclockwiseuntilyoufeela“stop.”
