Removing the spare tire
This Pocket Reference Guide is not a full
description of Land Cruiser operations.
Every Land Cruiser owner should review
the Owner’s Manual that accompanies this
vehicle.
Pay special attention to the boxed
information highlighted in yellow
throughout the Owner’s Manual. Each box
contains safe operating instructions to
help you avoid injury or equipment
malfunction.
Assemble the jack handle.
Remove the access hole cover with the
screwdriver.
Utility vehicles have a significantly higher
rollover rate than other types of vehicles. Refer
to the Owner’s Manual for important rollover
information.
Insert the jack handle end through the opening in
the bumper, and into the lowering screw.
Turn the jack handle counterclockwise.
