Category Lock
i Information
Press the MENU key ▶ Select
Category Lock .
• Performing the below operations in Lock
ON state will search only the channels
within the current category.
- Operating Scan in TUNE mode
- Changing channels by turning the con-
troller in TUNE mode
- Changing channels by turning the
TUNE knob in TUNE mode
- Searching channels through Seek Up/
Down
Once Category Lock is turned ON, the
Category Lock icon is displayed on the
main screen. Upon operating the seek fea-
ture with the Lock ON, only channels within
the category are searched.
• The below operations are not affected by
the Category Lock feature.
- Selecting saved Preset channels
- Changing channels by turning the con-
troller in Preset mode
- Changing channels from the Channel
List
• Changing channels through voice recog-
nition
