Testing Infrared Remote Control
Checking Batteries:
When inserting new batteries, make
sure they are correctly installed.
Slide battery cover onto housing until
locked in place.
Synchronizing System:
The system may have to be re-
synchronized, if the transmitter is
without voltage for several minutes.
If the transmit button (1) is pressed
longer than 1 second, the battery
indicator lamp in the transmitter eye (2)
briefly illuminates -indicating that the
batteries are in order.
Change batteries if the indicator lamp
does not come on.
Important!
To synchronize system, aim transmitter
(2) at a receiver (5) and briefly press
transmit button (1). Within approx. 30
seconds, lock or unlock the car at a
door or the trunk using the master key.
Batteries contain materials that can
harm the environment if disposed of
improperly. Recycling of batteries is
the preferred method of disposal.
For disposal, please follow manu-
facturer's recommendation on battery
package.
Changing Batteries:
The infrared remote control should
once again be operational.
Slide release (3) laterally and pull off
battery cover (4). Change batteries.

Kathryn Looney on Sep 14, 2018. I would recommend this to a friend. Was good information. However made it difficult to print.

Was virtually impossible to get to next screen. Need to make it easier to use.
