that the hood is firmly latched
before driving away. If it is not
latched, the hood could fly open
while the vehicle is being driven,
causing a total loss of visibility,
which might result in an acci-
dent.
o Thesupportrodmustbeinserted
completelyintotheholeprovided
in the hood whenever you in-
spect the engine compartment.
This will prevent the hood from
falling and possibly injuring you.
o Do not move the vehicle with the
hood in the raised position, as
visionisobstructedandthehood
could fall or be damaged.

Thefueltankcapcanbeopenedwhen-
everyoufuel-up.Youlockthefueltank
cap by turning the key toward the front
of the vehicle and unlock it by turning
it toward the rear.
The fuel tank cap is located at the left
side of the vehicle body.

Use the fuel best suited to the engine
of your vehicle. Excessively low cet-
anefuelmaycauseignitionpingingand
consequently damage engine. Please
find the cetane number most appropri-
ate to your engine.
The fuel-filler lid may be opened from
inside the vehicle by pulling up on the
fuel-fillerlidopenerlocatedonthedash-
board at the left side of the car.
