Approach and Home Safe Lighting
A touch of a button locks or unlocks the doors
and tailgate. Use the personal settings menu to
decide if the remote unlocks the driver’s door first,
or all of the doors together. You can also unlock
the tailgate separately. All doors can be set to
automatically lock the moment you drive away.
Alternatively, lock them quickly using the button
beside the interior door handle.
Connected to the doors, hood and tailgate, the
alarm even reacts to movement inside the car and
the breaking of a window. Should you encounter an
emergency situation on your way to or from the car,
the alarm can be activated from your hand-held
remote control.
On your way to and from your car at night,
Approach and Home Safe Lighting enable you
to light up the car and its immediate environment
using your remote control.
