Maintenance Check Sheet
Service Interval Plan
The precise content of each service will
vary from model to model and also
according to the age of the vehicle and
the distance it has travelled. The service
operations applicable to your vehicle are
listed on the Maintenance Check Sheet.
Your Jaguar Dealer/Authorised Repairer
can supply a copy on request.
All services should be carried out at the
distance or time based intervals
(whichever occurs first) shown in the
following table. References A and B relate
to the type of service required at that
distance/time.
Oil Service is recommended for vehicles
operated in arduous driving conditions.
Note: Some service providers may use
their own check sheet with differing levels
of service operations. It is usual that the
highest level will match Jaguar
requirements.
Notes for the following Service Interval
Plan:

XJ Armoured - every 5000 miles the
brake pads should be inspected.
•
XJ Diesel- service intervals shown in
the table are only nominal. The vehicle
message centre will display actual
distance to the next service.
Service Record Stamps
The Service Record pages provide a
record of the routine services carried out
on your vehicle.

The information is important and could
affect your warranty entitlement. Always
make sure that the appropriate record slip
is stamped and signed on completion of
each service.
XF Diesel and 5L V8 petrol- service
intervals shown in the table are only
nominal. The vehicle message centre
will display actual distance to the next
service.
Distance to the next service interval
displayed on the message centre is
dependendent upon the use of the vehicle
and style of driving.
The message centre will be reset to zero
after each service.
