The parking brake must always be set
whenthevehicleistobeleftunattended.
When the parking brake is applied, and
the ignition key is at the "ON" position,
the parking brake warning lamp will be
illuminated. Before driving  the vehicle,
theparkingbrakemustbefullyreleased
and the warning lamp extinguished.
In addition to the lower-mounted rear
stopl ights on either side of the car, the
high mounted  rear  stop light   in  the
centreoftherearwindoworinsertedin
the rear spoiler  also comes on when
the brakes are applied.
The electric type day/night inside rear-
view mirror automatically controls the
glare of  headlights of the  car behind
you.

Pressing the
button turns the
auto-dimmingfunctionOFFwhichis
indicatedbythegreenStatusIndica-
tor LED turning off.
o  To engage the parking brake, apply
thefootbrakeandpulluptheleveras
far as possible.
o  To release the parking brake, apply
the foot brake and pull up the park-
ing brake lever slightly. Depress the
button and lower the lever.

Pressing the
button again turns
theauto-dimmingfunctionONwhich
isindicatedbythegreenStatusIndi-
cator LED turning on.
NOTE:
Themirrordefaultstothe"ON"posi-
tioneachtimethevehicleisstarted.
