toactivatethesystem.Partiallyinsertthe
navigationCD,untilitisautomaticallydrawn
intothecomputer(the’CD-IN’indicatorlight
illuminates).
DONOTinsertanyCDintothenavigation
computer,otherthanagenuinesatellite
navigationCD.
NOTE:Ifroadoroff-roadnavigationis
selected,andthereisnonavigationCD
loaded,thewarning’Note:NoCDin
navigationcomputer!PleaseinsertCD!’will
appearinthedisplay.InserttheCDandwait
forafewsecondsuntilthedisplayrevertsto
theGPSdisplay.
OncethenavigationCDisloaded,itis
unnecessarytoremoveitunlessthe
followingapplies:

Youaretravellingtoanareanotcovered
bythecurrentCD(anothercountry,for
example),inwhichcase,thecorrectCD
forthenewcountrymustbeinstalled.

Ifyouareupdatingthecomputerwiththe
latestversionofthenavigationCD(the
CDsareupdatedapproximatelyevery6
months).
