occurs,theshademustbemanuallyrewound.Thisisatwo-person
operation.

Removetheshadefromthevehicleandextenditwiththesmooth
grainfacingyou.
2.
Wrapthevinylaroundtheroller
tubetwice.Tucktheedgesofthe
vinylinsidetheendcapwitheach
wrap.
3.
Foldtheedgesofthevinyl
towardsthecenter,makingsure
thattheedgescleartheendcap
slots.Usetapeorarubberbandto
holdthevinyltotheleftsideofthe
tube.
4.
Pushintherightendcap
(markedRH)about    ofthetotal
1
⁄
4
lengthtodisengagetheclutchand
holdtheendcapinwhileturning
therollertubetowardyou14times.
5.
clutchwillnowengageandstopthe
shadefromlosingitsspringtension.
Letgooftherightendcap.The
6.
Unfoldthevinylandplaceitinto
theendcapslots.
7.
Inserttheshadeintothesidemountingbracketsandchecktomake
surethatitoperatesproperly.
