Instrument cluster illumination
To brighten illumination

Turn the reset knob in the instrument
Use the reset knob (୴ page 22) to adjust
the illumination brightness for the instru-
ment cluster.

The instrument cluster illumination is
dimmed or brightened automatically to
suit ambient light conditions.
To dim illumination
turn on the ignition

Turn the reset knob in the instrument
press the reset knob (୴ page 22)
switch on the exterior lamps
cluster counterclockwise (୴ page 22).
The instrument cluster illumination will
also be adjusted automatically when
you switch on the vehicle’s exterior
lamps.
The instrument cluster illumination will
dim.
You can change the instrument cluster set-
tings in the instrument cluster submenu of
the control system (୴ page 134).
