Extreme temperatures occur at
the catalytic converter on this and
every catalyst-equipped vehicle. Do not over them very slowly and carefully, as

I own a 2004 BMW X5 4. 4 and the ccv vent valves keep popping off causing the engine to burn oil and grey smoke to become out tge tail pipe.
