Locking and unlocking

Front doors
Opening the trunk
If the vehicle has previously been
locked with the SmartKey or
KEYLESS-GO*, opening a door from the
inside will trigger the anti-theft alarm
system.
Pull on door handle 2 on the respec-
tive front door to open door.

Opening the trunk from the outside
If door was locked, locking knob 1 will A minimum height clearance of 6 ft.

The trunk lid release button is located in
the rear license plate recess.
To cancel the alarm, do one of the fol-
lowing:

Trunk lid release button
In vehicles without KEYLESS-GO*: The ve-
hicle must be unlocked.

Press the KEYLESS-GO* start/stop
button (୴ page 35).

Press the outer left-hand side of trunk
lid button 1.
The SmartKey with KEYLESS-GO
must be inside the vehicle.
The trunk lid opens.
