Snow Chains
Raised Air Intake

Ideal for dusty conditions, this raised air intake secures to the vehicle’s ‘A’ post
and also utilises the existing air intake vent fixings. Suitable for Td5
and current 2.4 Diesel engines.
Snow Chains give improved steering and braking control on snow and ice,
when fitted to front wheels (can also be fitted to rear wheels when necessary).
Easy-fit design, manufactured from high quality hardened galvanised steel, the
chains are supplied in a tough vinyl carry bag for storage when not in use.
Features distinctive embossed Defender branding. Recommended tyre:
Continental Conticross Contact AT 235/85R16. Defender 90 and 110 only
with standard suspension. Compatible with 2009 Model Year vehicles onwards.
The Boost Alloy wheel shown on page 33 may also be available as an Accessory
