for the vehicle to exceed the preset
speed. When you remove your foot

Shift the shift lever to the “N”
position (Automatic transaxle).
Decrease the vehicle speed 12mph
(20 km/h) lower than memorized
speed.
Decrease the vehicle speed to less
than approximately 25 mph (40
km/h).
Push the "COAST/SET" control
switch and release it. The "CRUISE"
indicator light in the instrument
cluster will illuminate after you have
set the vehicle to the desired speed.
