Remove front ashtray only with vehicle
standing still. Set the parking brake to
secure vehicle from movement. Move gear
selector lever to position N (manual trans-
mission: second gear). With gear selector
lever in position N (manual transmission:
second gear) turn off the engine.

Cup holder

Secure vehicle from movement by
setting the parking brake.
Opening cup holder
1 Cover plate
Briefly press the front of cup holder 1. 2 Sliding button

Move the gear selector lever to
position N (manual transmission:
second gear).

Ashtray insert
The cup holder slides out slightly.
Pull out the cup holder until it stops.

Briefly press the bottom of cover
̈
plate 1.
Now you have more room to take out
the ashtray insert.
Closing cup holder
The cover plate opens automatically.

Slide cup holder back until it engages.
Push sliding button 2 to the right.

you could otherwise damage it.
Do not sit on or lean your body weight
The ashtray insert 3 slides out
slightly.
Remove the ashtray insert.
