Do not clean the inner side of the
rear window glass with an abrasive
typeofglasscleaneroruseascraper
to remove foreign deposits from
the inner surface of the glass as
this may cause damage to the de-
froster elements.

The engine must be running for the
rearwindowdefrostertooperate.
There are three control buttons for the
digital clock. Their functions are:
H - Push"H"toadvancethehourindi-
cated.
M - Push "M" to advance the minute
indicated.

The rear window defroster and heated
outside rearview mirrors are turned on
by pushing in the switch. To turn the
defrosteroff,pushtheswitchasecond
time. The rear window defroster auto-
matically turns itself off after about 20
minutes.Torestartthedefrostercycle,
push in the switch again after it has
turned itself off.
R - Push "R" to reset minutes to ":00"
to facilitate resetting the clock to
the correct time. When this is
done:
Pressing"R"between11:01and11
:29changesthereadoutto11:00.
Pressing"R"between11:30and11
:59changesthereadoutto12:00.
Pushthe"R"buttonfor3 secondsto
displaya12or24-hourclock.
