Overview
: Attachment for latch plates
X With a smooth motion, pull the seat belt out
of seat belt outlet:.
; Buckle for fixed latch plate
= Release button for fixed latch plate
? Fixed latch plate
X Place the shoulder portion of the seat belt
across the top of your shoulder and the lap
portion across your hips.
X Push latch plate; into buckle= until it
clicks.
X If necessary, adjust the seat belt to the
correct height (Y page 42).
A Buckle for free-sliding latch plate
B Release button for free-sliding latch plate
C Free-sliding latch plate
X If necessary, tighten the lap portion to a
snug fit by pulling shoulder portion up.
