Be it in combination with the surround sound system
or on their own, the SLK radio/CD players offer excellent
audio quality and an impressive range of features.
In addition to the Bluetooth hands-free facility which
is included on all SLK audio systems, the standard
Audio 20 radio features a CD player with MP3 playback
capability, a 5-inch colour screen and an aux-in socket
in the glove compartment, plus the option of adding
an integrated 6-disc CD changer.
The Audio 50 radio adds DVD-based arrow navigation
with junction view, integrated 6-disc CD/DVD changer
and the intuitive Linguatronic voice control system.
The optional COMAND multimedia system, on the other
hand, also incorporates hard drive-based navigation
with 3D map views, a music library, an SD card slot
and DVD video capability. All COMAND functions
can be operated via one central unit and viewed on a
high-resolution 6.5-inch colour screen.
