This Supplemental Restraint System section
containsimportantinformationconcerningthe
driver and passenger supplemental air bags.
The Supplemental Restraint System Air Bag
canhelpreduceimpactforcetothedriverand
tothefrontpassengerincertainfrontalcolli-
sions.Thesupplementalairbagsaredesigned
tosupplementthecrashprotectionprovided
by the driver and front passenger seat belts
andarenotasubstituteforthem.Seatbelts
should always be correctly worn. (See ‘‘Seat
belts’’laterinthissectionforinstructionsand
precautionsonseatbeltusage.)
Adjusttheheadrestraintssothetopislevel
withthetopsofyourears.

Was looking for a way to disable the passenger airbag so I could have my dog beside me while traveling but it does not seem possible.
