FUELFILTER SEDIMENTER DRAINING
The fuel sedimenter is mounted behind a
protective cover on the right hand side of the
chassis rear side member, near the rear
wheel.
To remove the protective cover, undo the
twist clip and pull the cover off the locating
pegs (see ’Fuelfilter renewal’).

Turn the starter switch to position ’0’and
disconnect the batterynegative lead.
Position a suitable container under the
filter.
Disconnect the multi-plug from the
sedimenter.
Rotate the sedimenter anti-clockwise until
water flows from the drain tube.
Allow to drain until pure dieselfuel is
flowing.

Rotate the sedimenter fully clockwise.
Reconnect the multi-plug.
Refit the protective cover.
Reconnect the battery.
