Bonnet opening
WARNING
Ensure the wipers are switched off and have
returned to the parked position before
opening the bonnet.
Pull the bonnet release handle (located in the
right hand footwell).
Unclip the stay from the bonnet locking
platform and fit the stay in the corresponding
slot in the underside of the bonnet.
Closing the bonnet
After closing the bonnet, checkthat the lock is
fully engaged by attempting to lift the front
edge of the bonnet. This should be free from
all movement.
Lift the safetycatch lever (as illustration) and
raise the bonnet.
