Snowtiresmustbethesamesizeandgradeasthetiresyou
currentlyhaveonyourvehicle.
Thetiresonyourvehiclehaveallweathertreadstoprovidetractionin
rainandsnow.However,insomeclimates,youmayneedtousesnow
tiresandchains.Ifyouneedtousesnowtiresandchains,itis
recommendedthatsteelwheelsareusedofthesamesizeand
specificationsasthoseoriginallyinstalled.
Followtheseguidelineswhenusingsnowtiresandchains:

Donotusetirechainsonaluminumwheels.Chainsmaychipthe
wheels.

SAEClassSchainsmaybeusedonP185/65R14tires.
Donotusetirechainswith38cm(15inch)wheel/tireoptions.Using
chainsonthissizetiremaycausedamagetosteering,suspension
and/orbodycomponents.

Installchainssecurely,verifyingthatthechainsdonottouchany
wiring,brakelinesorfuellines.
Drivecautiously.Ifyouhearthechainsruborbangagainstyour
vehicle,stopandre-tightenthechains.Ifthisdoesnotwork,remove
thechainstopreventdamagetoyourvehicle.
