UNDERSTANDINGTHEFEATURESOFYOURVEHICLE
To prevent possible damage, do not slam the hood to
closeit.Lowerthehooduntilitisopenapproximately15
cm(6inches)andthendropit.Thisshouldsecureboth
latches.Neverdriveyourvehicleunlessthehoodisfully
closed,withbothlatchesengaged.
LIGHTS
OverheadConsoleMap/ReadingLights
Theselightsaremountedbetweenthesunvisorsonthe
overhead console. Each light is turned ON by pressing
the lens. Press the lens a second time to turn the light
OFF.Thelightsalsoturnonwhenadoorisopenedorthe
dimmercontrolisturnedfullyupward,pastthesecond
detent.
WARNING!
Ifthehoodisnotfullylatched,itcouldflyupwhen
thevehicleismovingandblockyourforwardvision.
Youcouldhaveacollision.Besureallhoodlatches
arefullylatchedbeforedriving.
