PowerDoorLocks
A power door lock switch is on each front door trim
panel.Usethisswitchtolockorunlockthedoors.
locks will not operate. This prevents you from acciden-
tallylockingyourkeysinthevehicle.Removingthekey
or closing the door will allow the locks to operate. A
chimewillsoundifthekeyisintheignitionandadoor
isopen,asaremindertoremovethekey.

AutoDoorLocks—IfEquipped
Thedoorswilllockautomaticallyonvehicleswithpower
doorlocksif:

TheAutoLockfeatureisenabled,
Thetransmissionisingear,
alldoorsareclosed,
thevehiclespeedisabove15mph(24km/h)and
thedoorswerenotpreviouslylockedusingthepower
PowerDoorLockSwitch
Ifyoupressthepowerdoorlockswitchwhilethekeyis
in the ignition, and any front door is open, the power
doorlockswitchorremotekeylessentrytransmitter.
TheAutomaticDoorLockscanbeenabledordisabledby
performingthefollowingprocedure:
