PressandholdthejusttrainedHomeLinkbuttonand
observe the indicator light or the EVIC display. If the
indicator light stays on constantly, programming is
complete and your device should activate when the
HomeLink button is pressed and released. If the EVIC
displayshows“ChannelXTransmit”(whereXisChan-
nel1,2,or3),programmingiscompleteandyourdevice
should activate when the HomeLink button is pressed
andreleased.
6. Atthegaragedooropenerreceiver(motor-headunit)
in the garage, locate the ЉlearnЉ or ЉsmartЉ button. This
canusuallybefoundwherethehangingantennawireis
attachedtothemotor-headunit.
7.
FirmlypressandreleasetheЉlearnЉorЉsmartЉbutton.
(The name and color of the button may vary by manu-
facturer.)

NOTE: There are 30 seconds in which to initiate step
