bothspoolsrotatefreelyandremoveany
looseturnsatthestartofthetapebywinding

whennotinuse.
Neverleavecassettesinthevehicle
duringextremesoftemperature.In
particular,donotleavetapesindirect
sunlightastheymaywarpandbecome
unuseable,orjamthetapeplayer
mechanism.

Inuse,thetapeheadaccumulatesdustand
contamination,graduallyimpairingsound
reproductionand,inextremecases,reducing
volumetoo.Tocombatcontamination,clean
thetapeheadperiodically(after
