OFF position or turning off the ignition erases the set
speedmemory.
To decrease speed while speed control is set, press and
holdthe“COAST”button.Releasethebuttonwhenthe
desiredspeedisreached,andthenewspeedwillbeset.
ToResumeSpeed:
Tappingthe“COAST”buttononcewillresultina1mph
(2km/h)speeddecrease.Eachtimethebuttonistapped,
speeddecreases.
To resume a previously set speed, push and release the
“RESUME/ACCEL”button.Resumecanbeusedatany
speedabove25mph(40km/h).

ToVarytheSpeedSetting:
Depresstheacceleratorasyouwouldnormally.Whenthe
pedalisreleased,thevehiclewillreturntothesetspeed.
Whenthespeedcontrolisset,speedcanbeincreasedby
pressing and holding the “RESUME/ACCEL” button.
When the button is released, a new set speed will be
established.
NOTE: The speed control system maintains speed up
anddownhills.Aslightspeedchangeonmoderatehills
isnormal.
Tappingthe“RESUME/ACCEL”buttononcewillresult
ina2mph(3km/h)speedincrease.Eachtimethebutton
is tapped, speed increases so that tapping the button
threetimeswillincreasespeedby6mph(10km/h),etc.
Your vehicle will experience a downshift to 3rd gear
while climbing uphill or descending downhill. This
downshiftto3rdgearisnecessarytomaintainvehicleset
speed.
