୴̈   Exit and lock the vehicle (୴ page 67).
Canceling tow-away alarm
With KEYLESS-GO*
The alarm system is armed indepen-
dently of whether the tow-alarm is
switched on or off.
To cancel the alarm after it has been
triggered:
̈   Grasp an outside door handle.
The SmartKey with KEYLESS-GO must
be within 3 ft (1 m) of the vehicle.
With the SmartKey

̈
Insert the SmartKey in the starter
switch.
The tow-away alarm is switched off on
a one-time basis only. It will be armed
automatically the next time you lock
the vehicle.
̈
Press the KEYLESS-GO start/stop
button (୴ page 40).

The SmartKey with KEYLESS-GO must
be inside the vehicle.

Press the Œ or ‹ button on the
If you have disabled the tow-away
alarm feature in the control system
SmartKey.

୴ page 191), you can switch on the
tow-away alarm on a one-time basis as
described above.
