Control system
Setting fold-in function for exterior rear
view mirrors*
̈   Move the selection marker with
button æ or ç to the
Convenience submenu.
Vehicle configuration
In the Vehicle configuration menu you
can determine whether the tow-away
alarm is to be enabled or disabled. With
this function set toon, the tow-away alarm
is armed when you lock your vehicle. With
this function set tooff, the tow-away
alarm is not armed automatically when you
lock your vehicle. You will then have to
switch on the tow-away alarm manually
Using this function, you can set the
exterior rear view mirrors to be automati-
cally folded in when you lock your vehicle.
̈   Press button j or k repeatedly
until the message Fold in mirrors
when locking appears in the multi-
function display.

With this function set to on and the ex-
terior rear view mirrors folded in using
the button on the door control panel
The selection marker is on the current
setting.

mirrors will not fold out when you
switch on the ignition. You will then
have to fold out the exterior rear view
mirrors using the button on the door
