WARNING
Removethekeyonlywhenthevehicle
isparked:
Manualtransaxle
ToturnthekeyfromtheACCtothe
LOCKposition,pushthekeyinatthe
ACCposition,thenturnittotheLOCK
position.
Removingthekeyfromtheignition
switchwhilethevehicleismovingis
dangerous.Removingthekeyallows
thesteeringwheeltolock.Youwill
losesteeringcontrolandaserious
accidentcouldoccur.
Beforeleavingthedriver'sseat,
alwayssettheparkingbrakeand
makesuretheshiftleverisinPwith
anautomatictransaxleorin1orR
withamanualtransaxle:
Leavingthedriver'sseatwithout
settingtheparkingbrakeandtheshift
leverisdangerous.Unexpectedvehicle
movementcouldoccur.Thiscould
causeanaccident.
