with seat warmers.
Infants,   children,  elderly   or
disabled persons,  or hospital
outpatients.
People with  sensitive  skin or
who burn easily.
Fatigued individuals.
Intoxicated individuals.
People taking medication that
can    cause   drowsiness    or
sleepiness.
