The  manu factu rer  has  empowered    its  dealers  to  make
warranty   and   rep air decisions   that  ensu re  you  are  not
inconvenienced  .  There  is no  need  for  you  to wait   for a
decision  from the  manu factu rer. If a special  circumstance
occurs  that  requ ires inform ation  from  the  manu factu rer,
we have  asked  the  dealer’s  service managem  ent  to make
the  contact  on you r behalf.
Any   communication    to  the   Manu factu rer’s  Custom er
Center  shou ld inclu de  the  follow ing inform ation:
•  Owner’s  telep hone  nu mber (hom e and  office)
Owner’s  nam e and  address
•  Vehicle delivery  date  and  mileage
Dealership   nam e
Vehicle identification   nu mber
This  is  why   you  shou ld  alw ays  talk  to   you r dealer’s
service  manager  first.  Most matters   can be resolved   with
this  process.

general   manager   or  owner   of  the   dealership .  They
