Theadvancedkeylessfunctions(advancedkeylessentryandstartsystem)enablesthe

followingoperationswhiletheadvancedkeyisbeingcarried(page3-7).

Locking/unlockingthedoors,openingthetrunklid,withoutoperatingthekey.

Startingtheenginewithoutoperatingthekey.

Theadvancedkeyenablesadditionalfunctionsotherthanthosewiththeadvancedkeyless

functions(page3-14).

Thefollowingoperationsarepossibleusingthekeylessentrysystemfromadistance

(Lock/Unlock/Trunkbutton/Panicbutton):

Locking/unlockingthedoors.

Openingthetrunklid.

Turningonthealarm.

Locking/unlockingthedoors,openingthetrunklid,orstartingtheengineusingthe

auxiliarykey.

WARNING

KeysandChildren:

Leavingchildreninavehiclewiththekeyisdangerous.Thiscouldresultinsomeone

beingbadlyinjuredorevenkilled.Thesenewkindsofkeysarefascinatingto

children.Theycouldplaywithpowerwindowsorothercontrols,orevenmakethe

vehiclemove.Don'tleavethekeysinyourvehiclewithchildrenandkeepthemina

placewhereyourchildrenwillnotfindorplaywiththem.

UseofAdvancedKeyNearMedicalEquipment:

Radiowavesfromtheadvancedkeymayaffectmedicalequipmentsuchas

pacemakers.Beforeusingtheadvancedkeynearpeoplewhousemedicalequipment,

askthemedicalequipmentmanufactureroryourphysicianifradiowavesfromthe

advancedkeywillaffecttheequipment.

NOTE

Thedrivermustcarrytheadvancedkeytoensurethesystemfunctionsproperly.
