BAND Selector
Pressing the FM/AM button changes the AM, FM1
andFM2bands.Themodeselectedisshownon
the display.

EQUALIZER Button
Press the EQ button to select the CLASSIC,
JAZZ, ROCK and DEFEAT MODE for the de-
sired tone quality. Each press of the button
changes the display as follows;
CLASSIC→ JAZZ→ ROCK→ DEFEAT

Best Station Memory Button (BSM)
(If installed)
When the BSM button is pressed for two sec-
ondsorlonger,thesixchannelsfromthehighest
field intensity are selected next and stored in
memory.Thestationsselectedarestoredinthe
sequence frequency from the first preset key.
SCAN Button (If installed)
Whenthescanbuttonispressed,thefrequency
will increase and the receivable stations will be
tunedinoneafteranother,receivingeachstation
for5seconds.Tostopscanning,pressthe scan
buttonagain.
