Tobesurethevehicleisinpark,the
ignitionkeycannotberemovedunlessthe
shiftleverisinP.

drivingthevehiclewithnodamageoccurring
tothetransaxle.

IftheshiftleverwillnotmovefromP
usingthepropershiftprocedure,continue
toholddownthepedal.

Removetheshift-lockoverridecover
usingacloth-wrappedflathead
screwdriver.

Insertascrewdriverandpushitdown.
Toreturntoautomaticshiftmode,shift
theleverfromMtoD.
