crash  injuries and  deaths.  Generally,
the higher  the speed, the  greater the
risk, but serious injuries can also occur
at  lower  speeds.  Never  drive  faster
than  is   safe  for  current   conditions,
regardless  of   the  maximum  speed
posted.
