Pullthebonnetreleaselever.
Closingthebonnet
Lowerthebonnetslightlyuntilastopisfelt.
Thenliftthebonnetup(toreleasethelocking
strut)beforeloweringfully.
Whenthebonnetisapproximately12inches
(300
mm)fromitsclosedposition,push
downCAREFULLY,usingthepalmsofboth
handspositionedontheleadingedgeofthe
bonnetoneithersideoftheradiatorgrill
(whereshowninillustration).Checkthatthe
locksareFULLYengagedbyattemptingtolift
thefrontedgeofthebonnet,whichshouldbe
freefromallmovement.
Liftthebonnetsafetycatchandraisethe
bonnet.
