formonwhichtoacceptorrejecttheBoard’sdecision.Thedecisionsof
theBoardarebindingonFord(and,insomecases,onthedealer)but
notonconsumerswhoarefreetopursueotherremediesavailableto
themunderstateorfederallaw.
