Toreducehumiditybuildupinsidethevehicle:donotdrivewiththe
airflowselectorintheOFForMAXA/Cposition.
Undernormalweatherconditions,donotleavetheairflowselectorin
MAXA/CorOFFwhenthevehicleisparked.Thisallowsthevehicle
to“breathe”usingtheoutsideairinletvents.

Donotputobjectsunderthefrontseatsthatwillinterferewiththe
airflowtothebackseats.
Removeanysnow,iceorleavesfromtheairintakeareaatthebaseof
thewindshield.

SetthefanspeedtoHI
Directtheouterinstrumentpanelventstowardsthesidewindows
Toincreaseairflowtotheouterinstrumentpanelvents,closethevents
locatedinthemiddleoftheinstrumentpanel.
Donotplaceobjectsontopoftheinstrumentpanelasthese
objectsmaybecomeprojectilesinacollisionorsuddenstop.
REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER
Thereardefrostercontrolislocatedontheinstrumentpanel.
Pressthereardefrostercontroltocleartherearwindowofthiniceand
fog.

AsmallLEDwillilluminatewhenthereardefrosterisactivated.
TheignitionmustbeintheONpositiontooperatetherearwindow
defroster.
Thedefrosterturnsoffautomaticallyafter14minutesorwhenthe
ignitionisturnedtotheOFFposition.Tomanuallyturnoffthedefroster
before14minuteshavepassed,pushthecontrolagain.
