MazdaCanadaInc.participatesinanarbitrationprogramadministered
bytheCanadianMotorVehicleArbitrationPlan(CAMVAP).CAMVAPwill
adviseyouabouthowyourconcernmaybereviewedandresolvedbyan
independentthirdpartythroughbindingarbitration.
YourcompletesatisfactionisthegoalofMazdaCanadaInc.andour
authorizeddealers.Mazda’sparticipationinCAMVAPmakesavaluable
contributiontoourachievingthatgoal.Thereisnochargeforusing
CAMVAP.CAMVAPresultsarefast,fairandfinalastheawardisbinding
onbothyouandMazdaCanadaInc.
Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP)
ForvehiclesdeliveredtoauthorizedCanadiandealerships.Ifaspecific
itemofconcernarises,whereasolutioncannotbereachedbetweenan
owner,Mazda,and/oroneofit’sauthorizeddealers(thatallparties
cannotagreeupon),theownermaywishtousetheservicesofferedby
theCanadianMotorVehicleArbitrationPlan(CAMVAP).
CAMVAPusestheservicesofProvincialAdministratorstoassist
consumersinschedulingandpreparingfortheirarbitrationhearings.
However,beforeyoucanproceedwithCAMVAPyoumustfollowyour
Mazdadisputeresolutionprocessasoutlinedpreviously.
CAMVAPisfullyimplementedinallprovincesandterritories.Consumers
wishingtoobtainfurtherinformationabouttheProgramcanobtainan
