Beforedriving,alwaysconfirmthatthepassengerairbagdeactivationswitchisinthe
appropriatepositionaccordingtoyourrequirements.
WARNING
Donotleavethekeyinthefrontpassengerairbagdeactivationswitch:
(Withadvancedkey)
Unintentionaldeactivationofthepassengerairbagisdangerous.Inanaccident,the
passengerwillnotbeproperlyprotected.Seriousinjuriesorevendeathcouldoccur.
Toavoidunintentionaldeactivation,alwaysusetheauxiliarykeystoredinthe
advancedkeycurrentlybeingusedtooperatethepassengerairbagdeactivation
switch.Afterdeactivatingtheairbag,puttheauxiliarykeybackintotheadvanced
key.Thatwayyouwillnotleavethekeyinthepassengerairbagdeactivation
switch.
(Withoutadvancedkey)
Unintentionaldeactivationofthepassengerairbagisdangerous.Inanaccident,the
passengerwillnotbeproperlyprotected.Seriousinjuriesorevendeathcouldoccur.
Toavoidunintentionaldeactivation,alwaysusethesamekeytooperatethe
passengerairbagdeactivationswitchandtheignitionswitch,thatwayyouwillnot
leavethekeyinthepassengerairbagdeactivationswitch.

Insertthekeyintothepassengerairbagdeactivationswitchandturnthekeyclockwise
untilthekeypointstoOFF.

Removethekey.
Makesuretheairbagdeactivationindicatorlightremainsilluminatedwhentheignition
isintheONposition.
NOTE

Afteroperatingthepassengerairbagdeactivationswitch,puttheauxiliarykeybackintothe
advancedkey.
