Turnoffthevehicleignition.
Oncespeedcontrolisswitchedoff,thepreviouslyprogrammedsetspeed
willbeerased.
To set a speed
•
PressSET/SETACC/SETACCEL.
Forspeedcontroltooperate,the
speedcontrolmustbeONand
thevehiclespeedmustbegreater
than48km/h(30mph).
Ifyoudriveupordownasteephill,yourvehiclespeedmayvary
momentarilyslowerorfasterthanthesetspeed.Thisisnormal.
Speedcontrolcannotreducethevehiclespeedifitincreasesabovethe
setspeedonadownhill.Ifyourvehiclespeedisfasterthantheset
speedwhiledrivingonadownhill,youmaywanttoshifttothenext
lowergearorapplythebrakestoreduceyourvehiclespeed.
Ifyourvehicleslowsdownmorethan16km/h(10mph)belowyourset
speedonanuphill,yourspeedcontrolwilldisengage.Thisisnormal.
PressingRES/RSM/RESUMEwillre-engageit.
Donotusethespeedcontrolinheavytrafficoronroadsthat
arewinding,slippery,orunpaved.
