Remove the windshield wiper arms by first pulling
CAUTION!
the wiper away from the windshield and out to the
“lock” position. Then, using a small flat tool such as a
screwdriver,releasetheretainingclipfromthetopofthe
wiper arm. Lift the wiper arms off and store in center
consoleorsecurelybehindtherearseat.
Donotremovetheheadimpactfoamfromtheside
bars,asdamagetothefoammayresult.

Tosafelystorethesidebarsinyourvehicle,usefourof
thecinchstraps,foundintheglovebox.Attachthestraps
throughthefootmanloopslocatedinthefloorbehindthe
foldedrearseatoneachsideofthevehicle.
WARNING!
Youorotherscouldbeinjuredifyoucarrytheside
barslooseinyourvehicle.Removethebarsfromthe
vehicle or securely store them as described or they
maycausepersonalinjuryifanaccidentoccurs.See
your authorized dealer for replacement if the cinch
strapsarenotfoundintheglovebox.
