Securethewindshieldbypassingtheremainingcinch
RaisingTheWindshieldAndReplacingSideBars
To raise the windshield, install the windshield wipers,
andinstallthesidebarsusethesesamestepsinreverse.
strap,foundintheglovebox,throughthefootmanhoop
on the center of the hood and on the center of the
windshieldframe.Tightenthestraptosecurethewind-
shieldinplace.
WARNING!
To help protect against personal injury, always in-
stall the side bars when raising the windshield on
yourvehicle.Ifyoudonotraisethewindshieldand
install the side bars, you lose the protection these
structuralelementsprovideinsomeaccidents.
